Toward the end of A.L. President Harridge's life, he bestowed his "6-9"-strength signatures on these First National Bank of Chicago checks. They measure 7" x 2-3/4" and average about EX condition overall with typical filing folds and cancellation marks. Harridge died on April 9, 1971 and was inducted at Cooperstown the following year. As a point of reference on value, a similar lot of 35 Harridge signed checks sold in our recent December auction for over $1,500. Auction LOA from JSA.
