Oh, to be in the stands for the 1956 MLB All-Star Game. Big boppers Willie Mays, Hank Aaron, Eddie Mathews, Stan Musial, Frank Robinson, Ernie Banks, Ted Williams, Mickey Mantle, and Yogi Berra, were all on hand to thrill a packed house at Griffith Stadium. The NL firepower carried the day, resulting in a 7-3 win for the senior circuit. Though a big crowd filled the stands, attendance was recorded as a bit less than two hundred under full capacity, and one of the unsold tickets surfaces here. with this handsome 1956 All-Star Game program and full ticket combo.

Hole punches at the ends of the ticket, suggest that it is an unsold example. An 1/8" triangle of surface paper separation is noted at the top of the left perforation near center. With deference to these conditions, this ancient unused ticket presents NM details, with a bright, clean surface, bold colors and distinct graphics.

A 1" diagonal crease at the top left corner, and moderate corner wear force a (VG-EX) designation for the unscored program, though otherwise it rivals the ticket for appeal, with a bright, clean cover, pleasing gloss, bold colors, and a tight spine.
